Rajiv Gupta is Edvantic’s President and Chief Executive Officer responsible for leading the company’s business operations globally, executing Edvantic’s business strategy, and ensuring operational excellence. Rajiv is amongst the world's earliest and most radical thinkers on Talent Management and enterprise-level excellence issues in rapidly growing organizations.
Rajiv has held senior leadership positions at organizations such as Nasdaq listed Imparto Software (Country Head for HR), Moser Baer (Group Head – People Development), Systems America (Vice President of Global Operations and Chief People Officer), and BCI, the world’s largest BPO standards company (President and CEO).
An accomplished and dynamic professional, Rajiv was the youngest ever National Council member of the Indian Society for Training and Development (1999-2000) and was awarded Best Organizational Psychologist of the Year 2000 by the Psycho-Linguistic Association of India. He was also awarded Entrepreneur of the Year 2014 by CHRO Asia and named Entrepreneur Role Model in the 2015 National Management Summit. In 2018, Rajiv was the recipient of the prestigious Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award by Enterprise Asia and was on the list of Top 50 Founders of Indian Origin by the Silicon Review magazine. Rajiv is also one of the longest serving members of the Bloomberg Market Advisory Board since 2008.
Based in Austin, Texas, Rajiv is a frequent keynote speaker at conferences on topics such as career strategy, entrepreneurship, start-up management and new ventures.

Randy Decko is the Global Head of Edvantic’s Education Services. He is responsible for expansion initiatives of Edvantic’s services in the North America and Emerging Markets.
He leads the planning and execution of multiple revenue growth strategies and business development. As an SBU leader, creating business partner and customer success stories in the region is a second nature to him.
Over an illustrious career spanning over 20+ years, Randy has captained several critical business functions in customer engagement including sales, business development, account management and customer success. Widely known for his business acumen, he has enabled several emerging companies to grow revenues, reduce operation overheads and enhance customer satisfaction.
Randy has had successful stints in global leadership roles at Augmate, as the Vice President of Business Development and facilitated the development, expansion and consolidation of the worldwide B2B market for the company. He has held several leadership roles with global majors like HP, NYFIX and Battea in the past. He has received numerous accolades for his leadership style and focus on delivering stellar results in topline and bottom line growth of his employers.
Randy graduated cum laude from the University of Connecticut, with a BS in Health Systems Management. He also holds a Master’s degree in Management, Leadership and Strategy from the Michigan State University.
Global Head- Corporate & Shared Services
Shreekant Gupta is the Global Head of Corporate & Shared Services. He is a change leader with expertise in shared services, finance, business operations and governance.
Shreekant brings with him, an enriching experience of more than 19 years in leadership positions in some of India’s largest conglomerates. He has previously led and managed large-scale functions, including P/L and SBU head roles in business development, strategy, customer engagement and management, with names like the Aditya Birla Group, Kotak Mahindra AMC Ltd., and Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he was a key driver of growth and profitability. He is known for his superlative proficiency in handling massive and distributed teams, driving revenue growth at scale and his flawless execution of turnaround strategies in large enterprises.
Shreekant did his Master’s from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research and is also an MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
Global Head – Business & Growth
Himanshu Chaudhary is the Global Head – Business & Growth at Edvantic, where he manages the firm’s vital partnerships and operations, also providing strategic counsel to the firm’s portfolio companies. Additionally, Himanshu plays a pivotal role in the execution of strategies, development of products and nurturing partnerships that help Edvantic and its clients to build their position in the credentialing ecosystem.
Before joining Edvantic, Himanshu specialized in market analytics and have worked on projects for leading companies like Akzo Nobel, Philips and Godfrey Phillips. Himanshu has a passion for talent development and is a key member of Edvantic’s Internal Capability Group.
Himanshu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from Delhi University and an MS in Business and Management from Strathclyde Business School, UK. Himanshu is also an Associate Fellow of Talent Management from The Wharton School.
Group Lead - Brand & Communications
Lawrence is a dapper young man from Austin, Texas with extensive years of experience in marketing. His experience makes him the youngest in the team, but don't let his age fool you because his professional prowess is impressive.
With a zeal for innovation he worked with two start-ups helping build their brands and create marketing and sales programs from scratch, before joining Edvantic. As a Group Lead of Brand & Communications for North America & Growth Markets, he is responsible for a wide variety of strategic initiatives including regional brand development, marketing implementation, copywriting, strategic deployment of new products and overseeing regional growth initiatives.
Lawrence did his Bachelor’s in Business Administration and is also an MBA from Texas Tech University.
Director – North America & Growth Markets
Sarah Garner is a young and dynamic professional with a panache for driving business development initiatives. At Edvantic, Sarah is the Director of North America & Growth Markets and is responsible for revenue growth and expansion of high-value credentialing products in the talent management industry.
With a focus on driving sales and business development, her stints in various industries like education, healthcare, and technology brings the advantage of a multi-faceted knowledge avenues. In the past, she has been a part of organizations like Dell, Virginia College and Genotox Laboratories, where she has sharpened her marketing and sales acumen through the years in different roles before joining Edvantic.
Sarah completed her Master's in Business Administration and her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. She was born and raised in Austin and being outdoors, live music, and spending time with friends and family are her other loves apart from driving business excellence.
Vice President – Global Education Initiatives
Aariya Goel leads Edvantic’s worldwide alliances with Universities and other education and training companies. She also heads the membership and subsidy program of World Data Science initiative.
Aariya started her career as an HR Professional in 2011 and worked in organizations like WNS & Leo Burnett and then moved to Business as a key member of Global Business team. In the current role, she is also responsible for facilitating and executing various internal transformational initiatives designed to enable our strategic vision. Aariya believes millennials are changing the workplace for better and has time and again given keynotes at various conclaves and conferences. She is an avid supporter of mental health initiatives and is always up for conversations to #endthestigma.
Aariya holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Amity University and an MBA degree from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Vice President – Africa
Ajagan is passionate about technology for online learning and hiring. With years of experience managing business in Information Technology, Ajagan enjoys the challenge to transform manual work towards online Digital Services with a focus on Customer Experience.
Ajagan is also involved with the creation of various startups in Learning and Hiring, from the setup of franchises such as Pitman Training (UK), to design and implementation of Workfare programs in the BPO industry, as well as micro-learning content creation for programs such as Financial Inclusion in Africa.
Ajagan studied Business Computing in Canada, and continually enhanced his skills and exposure, attending programs such as General Management at Columbia University (New York, USA), Performance Management at Cranfield Business School (UK) in New York for General Management and much more.
