Rajiv Gupta is Edvantic’s President and Chief Executive Officer responsible for leading the company’s business operations globally, executing Edvantic’s business strategy, and ensuring operational excellence. Rajiv is amongst the world's earliest and most radical thinkers on Talent Management and enterprise-level excellence issues in rapidly growing organizations.

Rajiv has held senior leadership positions at organizations such as Nasdaq listed Imparto Software (Country Head for HR), Moser Baer (Group Head – People Development), Systems America (Vice President of Global Operations and Chief People Officer), and BCI, the world’s largest BPO standards company (President and CEO).

An accomplished and dynamic professional, Rajiv was the youngest ever National Council member of the Indian Society for Training and Development (1999-2000) and was awarded Best Organizational Psychologist of the Year 2000 by the Psycho-Linguistic Association of India. He was also awarded Entrepreneur of the Year 2014 by CHRO Asia and named Entrepreneur Role Model in the 2015 National Management Summit. In 2018, Rajiv was the recipient of the prestigious Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award by Enterprise Asia and was on the list of Top 50 Founders of Indian Origin by the Silicon Review magazine. Rajiv is also one of the longest serving members of the Bloomberg Market Advisory Board since 2008.

Based in Austin, Texas, Rajiv is a frequent keynote speaker at conferences on topics such as career strategy, entrepreneurship, start-up management and new ventures.

Rajiv is a Fellow of The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and has an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
