About the Role:

You’ll be the pivot, connecting, channeling, and rechanneling several lines. You’ll select and collaborate with first-generation college student partner organizations, universities, and institutions. You’ll guide mentors, develop and deliver curriculum, evaluate future student and program needs, and engage program alumni. Executive education, STEM education, and certification programs will be your yard measures.

Responsibilities:
  • Connect with a matrixed team to build a long-term program strategy and roadmap. Reach optimal tradeoff between the value of the program, time to market, and cost
  • Maintain intelligence on competition’s program performance
  • Oversee effective implementation of a portfolio of programs (new and existing) both online and onsite
  • Serve as the main point of contact and accountability for clients
  • Communicate with corporate departments and customers to ensure effective marketing, enrollment, instruction and invoicing for given programs
  • Channel the development and administration of new programs and initiatives
  • Conduct program evaluations and design improvement plans

Your job will also include:
